Bank Account Changes
- Click on the Banking tab.
- Click Edit Account to change the primary bank account. Do not use Add New Account! All funding is tied to your primary account so adding an account will not change how you receive your funds.
- Select Relink Account or Edit Account Manually*.
- Follow the prompts to enter all requested information.
- If manually entered account information, you must click Upload and Attach Files to provide a supporting document such as a voided check, bank statement, or bank letter that verifies your account.
- Click Add.
*Relink Account uses Plaid to instantly connect to your bank account. This is going to be the fastest option as the account updates immediately. Manual entry has a delay of 3-5 business days for account verification through manual review. Funds will continue to go to the current bank account until the new account is approved.
