While the Customers module was primarily built for quickly adding customers to new projects and invoices, you can also use the information as a customer database to help manage and grow your business.
Here are just a few suggestions:
- Review the list periodically to keep a pulse on your customer base. Identify the regulars who have been with you for years. Flag first-timers and reach back out to find ways to win their business again.
- Create email blasts for sales and marketing communications.
- Use project history to see seasonal trends, project future workload, and send proactive reminders to schedule jobs early.
