You can increase business and free up your own time by adding a project request page to your company website. Your customer completes the webform with the details of the project and clicks Submit. You will receive an email to prepare and send a quote. This form has a ton of options for customization. Use the guide below to create your page.
First, go to Settings in the left sidebar and click Request Page in the navigation bar. When making any changes, don't forget to save before you navigate away from this page.
On/Off
To turn on your unique project request page, simply change the toggle to On. Turning the page on and off does not change the URL. However, customers will not be able to access the page if it is Off in Settings.
Your unique project request form page URL will appear. Use the Copy icon to capture the link to add to your company website.
Display Settings
Title on Page = enter the name you would like to appear at the top of the page.
Show Item Price = use Yes if you want to display the unit price of an item on the page or use No to have customers wait for the price to be included in the estimate you send to your customer.
Request Quantity Section = use Yes if you want your customer to request specific quantities or use No if you prefer to recommend quantities in the quote you send.
Custom Messages
Custom Thank You Message = enter the wording you would like your customers to see on screen as soon as they hit Submit.
Automatic Email Response = enter the wording you would like your customers to see in the confirmation email they receive as soon as the online form is submitted.
