If you have contact with our Support Team, you can expect an opportunity to rate our level of service. We partner with Stella Connect to offer survey emails that are designed to be quick and effortless. You can rate the person you worked with on a scale from 1-5 based on the individual team member's overall performance and provide comments. All comments are reviewed by management so please don't be afraid to share if you see there are areas where we need to improve.
