As soon as your customer submits a request page/contact form, a thank you message appears on the screen. You are welcome to use the default message or feel free to replace it with your own message.
Automatic Email Response
Your customer will receive an automated email to confirm their request was successfully submitted. There is a default message provided that you are welcome to use, but feel free to replace it with your own message. We recommend providing an estimated turnaround time so your customers know what to expect. (Example - You can expect to receive an estimate by email within 3-5 business days.)
