Project Requests is where you can view all customer submissions from your Project Request Page. Click the magnifying glass to view all details and decide how you want to move forward.
The default view shows pending requests only. You will need to check the box next to Show accepted & declined to view all requests.
Contact Details
Information about the person who submitted the project request.
- Customer = name provided on the request page or a hyperlink to an existing customer record.
- Email = email address provided on the request page. If the email address matches an existing customer, the project request will automatically link to that customer.
- Phone = phone number provided on the request page.
- Project = if accepted, a project field will appear with a hyperlink to the project.
Description
- Displays what the customer entered in the Project Details field of your Project Request page.
Items
Information that appears in this section of your project request depends on specific items enabled on your Project Request Page. There may be multiple items listed if you have multiple items on your page.
- Item Name = item(s) enabled on your page
- Quantity = quantity requested for each item
- Price = your unit price for the item
- Tax = sales tax (if taxable)
- Item Subtotal = total cost per item
