When reviewing a Project Request, there is an Accept / Decline action in the upper right corner to update the request with your decision.
Accept & Create Project will redirected you to the Create Project workflow. Any known information is already populated and you can fill in the rest. When done, the project request will display Accepted on a banner at the top of the page. You will find a hyperlink to the new project under Contact Details.
Select Decline if you do not wish to move forward with the requested project, The customer will be notified immediately by email and the project request will display a Declined banner at the top of the page.
