Use the Send Email button in the upper right corner to respond to a Project Request. A professional email that has the same look and feel as all other email communications from the software is sent back to the person who submitted the request.
This is very useful if you have questions about the project or need to explain why it was declined. Light text formatting options are available so you can craft a customized message.
Please note that outgoing messages are not saved in Project 2 Payment and, if the customer replies, the message is sent to the business email address affiliated with your account.
