Pick the calendar view that works best for you so you can coordinate jobs efficiently. Go to Schedule in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile) and look in the upper right corner. If you are on mobile, click the current view for a list of other options.
- Month is a big picture overview that groups projects by day in chronological order.
- Week (desktop only) is an agenda view that groups projects by hour and shows the current work week so you can plan ahead. *
- 3-day (mobile only) allows you to look ahead just like the Week view, but it was specially designed for the smaller screen. *
- Day is also an agenda view that groups by hour so you can plan your day effectively. *
*All day events and occurrences without start and end times appear at the top of the day in this view.
Check the box next to Show Weekends to add Sunday and Saturday to your view.
Navigation
Use the arrows to jump to the next or last month, week, or day depending on what view you are in. If you ever get too far away, click Current in between the two arrows to jump back to today's date. If you have other users on your account, use the Filter by Employee field to view one person's schedule or clear the field to view all users.
