The Calendar is where you can see everything in one place. Just click on Schedule in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile).
Select Your View
Decide if you'd like to view the month, week, or day. Your choice may vary depending on whether you are assessing the overall work to be done, scheduling employees. or planning your own day. If you work seven days a week, don't forget to check the box next to Show Weekends. If projects are assigned to certain users, you can view all or filter by employee.
Projects
See all your existing projects arranged according to start and end times. Hover over the top to view a quick summary of the occurrence including the customer, project address, start date, and end date. Click to open project details.
Estimates
Although they have not been approved yet, you can check the box next to Show Estimates to add them to your view. This helps you keep track of pending jobs so there won't be scheduling conflicts when they become projects.
Create New
Use action buttons in the upper right corner to create a new estimate or project without leaving the calendar.
