Deposit Timing

As a general rule, card payments deposit within 2 business days and eCheck payments deposit within 7 business days if the transaction is processed before 9:30pm eastern time.

When a payment has successfully settled, the funds appear in your Available Balance in the Merchant Portal. If there are available funds, a payout is automatically created to send the money to your bank account.

Note: There is a $10 minimum on all payouts. If the sum of settled payments is less than the minimum, the funds will stay in your Available Balance until you reach $10.

When is the payout created?

The payout create date is what determines when the funds will hit your bank account. The tables below are based on typical deposit behavior if there are no issues at your bank and no risk holds. Please keep in mind that there is no movement of funds on weekends and holidays. 

You should receive two emails confirming deposit activity. Payouts are created at 6pm eastern time.

• Withdrawal (Payout) Requested means a payout has been created. 
• Withdrawal (Payout) Processed means funds were successfully sent so you should see them in your bank account on the next business day.

The first payout created will not process for 7 days. If you go to the Payouts tab in the Merchant Portal, you will see a message that says "Internal Error" due to the mandatory hold. This is normal. You will also be able to see the date when the payout will process. 

If this is my first deposit, when will I get my money?

Example: A payout is created on at 6pm eastern time on Monday 4/15/24, the payout is processed around 6pm eastern time on Tuesday 4/23/24, and the funds are in your bank account on Wednesday morning 4/24/24.

Once the first payout successfully deposits to your bank account, pending deposits are released and the hold is removed.

If this is not my first deposit, when will I get my money?

Example: A payout is created on at 6pm eastern time on Monday 4/15/24, the payout is processed around 6pm eastern time on Monday 4/15/24, and the funds are in your bank account on Tuesday morning 4/16/24.
