First, go to Settings in the left sidebar. The default tab in the navigation bar is Users.
There is no limit to the number of users you can add to the software. If others in your business need to access Project 2 Payment, it is best practice to give everyone their own username.
- Click Create User in the upper right corner.
- Enter the user's email address, first name, last name, and 10-digit telephone number.
- Be sure the toggle is set to Active.
- Click Create.
The new user will automatically receive an email that provides a link to set a password. The username is their email address.
