If you didn't sign up for a merchant account when you created your account, click the Merchant Account tab in the upper left corner of your account to sign up. This process is 100% online so you can complete it whenever and wherever is most convenient for you!
Here is some of the information you will need to have ready.
- General information about your company
- Projected volumes
- Information about the owner(s)
- Checking account information (for deposits and billing)
As soon as you click submit, we will get to work. You will receive an email from our Support Team if anything further is needed to complete our onboarding process. If you have not received a phone call and email from our support team within 1-2 business days of submitting the online application, be sure to check your junk folder. We also welcome you to email our Support Team anytime for updates or request to have emails resent.
