As we finish setting up your merchant account, you can expect to hear from our Support Team. You will receive a phone call and a welcome email as soon as electronic payments are enabled on your account. Important Notes About Your New Merchant Account
- When you begin taking payments, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the first deposit to be disbursed to your account. After that, deposits are sent right away but may take up to 5 business days to reach your bank account.
- Your merchant account is managed through a different portal, although you should not need to access it on a daily basis. If you do not receive instructions to set a password, be sure to let our team know. Don't forget to check out the Merchant Accounts section of this help center. There are articles that walk you through customizing alerts, adding other users, viewing deposits, tracking cardholder disputes, and reporting.
- Did you know you can customize the business portal? Branded business communications is a great way to impress your customers. Send us a copy of your logo in png, jpeg, or svg format (1000kb max size). The optimal shape is a wide rectangle, however, any shape will work. You can also customize the colors on estimates, invoices, payment pages, and emails to match your brand.
