For any notifications from your processor regarding the merchant account, a badge will appear next to the Notifications tile in the upper right corner as well as a banner message across the top of the page.
- Click "Learn more" in the banner to expand the box and reveal additional details.
- Once you have seen the message, click the X on the far right to remove the banner. This will also automatically remove the badge.
- Click the Notifications tile to see any new disputes and ACH returns.
Click the Message tile in the upper right corner of your portal to view any important messages from your processor. Click any thread from the list to expand and view the full message.
