To view all payments processed in Project 2 Payment, go to Payment Activity section. Simply see all payments over time on screen or use the search box to locate transactions for a specific customer. Be sure to use the items per page dropdown at the bottom of the page to customize the number of accounts in the list before you have to advance to the next page.
Default details provided in the display include Date, Name, Payment Method, Amount, and Payment Status. Click the magnifying glass to the left to view more information about the transaction including line item details.
From the transaction details screen, you can void or refund the payment. You can also resend the receipt to the original recipient or forward a copy to new recipients.
