Almost any filtered report in the merchant portal can be saved as a template for later use so you can re-use it quickly without having to re-create it every time.
- Go to Reports in the left sidebar.
- Select a type of report from the dropdown menu.
- Apply all necessary filters. Some reports have an Advanced Filters button in the upper right corner to further refine your results.
- Once you have all filters set the way you want them, locate the Templates dropdown with the other filter fields.
- Click into the dropdown and click the Add Template button.
- Enter a unique name for your template.
- Click Save Template.
The next time you go back into that report, you can simply select your custom template from the templates dropdown and click Generate Report. There is no need to set any other filters.
Edit a template name
- Go to the Templates dropdown menu.
- Locate the report name you wish to edit and click the edit icon.
- Update the name.
- Click Save Template.
Remove a template
- Go to the Templates dropdown menu.
- Locate the report name you wish to delete.
- Click the delete icon next to the template.
- Click Remove to confirm you would like to delete.
Note: Transaction Details is the only report that cannot be saved as a template.
