The default branding on all accounts is Project 2 Payment, but did you know you can customize your account for your business? Branded business communications is a great way to impress your customers.
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile).
- Click the Brand Settings tile.
Logo
The logo appears on all communications sent to your customers including estimates, projects, invoices, pages, and emails. At this time, logos have to be uploaded on the back end by our support team.
- Complete this Submit a request form.
- Your email address = enter the email address that is the username for your account.
- Subject = Company Logo.
- Description = enter a brief description of what you need including whether we are adding a new logo or updating your existing logo.
- Company Name = enter the company name of the account that needs updating.
- Attachments = click Add file, locate the logo image on your computer, and click Open to add the file. Accepted formats are png, jpeg, or svg (1000kb max size). The optimal shape is a wide rectangle, however, any shape will work.
- Click Submit to send your request.
To view your current logo, go to Settings in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile) and click the Brand Settings tile.
Customizing your brand colors
Estimates, invoices, payment forms, and emails are formatted with two accent colors. The default colors align with Project 2 Payment branding.
Use the Replace Colors button to reveal an eyedropper tool. Click the color you want (anywhere on your device) and the tool will register that color as your selection.
