Project Start Reminders
Reduce scheduling issues and missed service calls by sending your customers reminders before and the day of a project. The alerts help to confirm appointment details so there is no confusion as to when the work will be done and it gives customers a way to quick reach out if they need to reschedule.
When you change the toggle to On, you will see options for available automated reminders to configure.
Send Upcoming Project Reminder
- Check the box to turn on this reminder for all active projects.
- # of Days Before = you can decide how early you want to remind customers. The default is 1 so your customer receives a reminder the day before the project starts. If you choose to change the number of days, 90 days is the maximum.
- Upcoming Project Reminder = there is a default message provided that you are welcome to use. Otherwise, feel free to replace it with your own message.
Send Morning Of Reminder
- Check the box to turn on this reminder for all active projects.

Morning Of reminders are sent at 8:00 am so make sure you set the time zone in Business Settings.
