Reduce scheduling issues and missed service calls by sending your customers reminders before and the day of a project. The alerts help to confirm appointment details so there is no confusion as to when the work will be done and it gives customers a way to quick reach out if they need to reschedule.
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile).
- Click the Project/Estimate Settings tile.
- Change the Project Start Reminders toggle to On.
Send Upcoming Project Reminder
- Check the box to turn on this reminder for all active projects.
- # of Days Before = set how early you want to remind customers. The default is 1 so your customer receives a reminder the day before the project starts. If you choose to change the number of days, 90 days is the maximum.
- Upcoming Project Reminder = there is a default message provided that you are welcome to use. Otherwise, feel free to replace it with your own message.
Send Morning Of Reminder
- Check the box to turn on this reminder for all active projects.
- Morning Of Reminder = there is a default message provided that you are welcome to use. Otherwise, feel free to replace it with your own message. Morning Of reminders are sent at 8:00 am so make sure you set the time zone in Business Settings.
Don't forget to Save before you leave the page.
