The purpose of a request page A Request Page gives customers the ability to put the details of what they need done in their own words and delivers it to your inbox. You can collect very specific details to help you build quotes or it can be a minimal contact form used to start the conversation. |
|
Start building your page First, design the basic layout. Create the title that will appear at the top of the page and select whether you want to require, request, or omit a project address. This will depend on whether it is needed to provide estimates and build projects. You can use our default working that appears on the landing page and in the confirmation email or create your own. Add products and services that customer can select when building their request. Prices and quantities can be hidden if you prefer reserve those for the estimate you are going to create. You also have the option to allow your customer to upload files in their request. Pictures, drawings, and reference material can be very helpful in understanding their needs. |

Enable your page Each account has one unique Request Page. Turning the page on and off does not change the URL. When set to On, your page is active and your unique URL will appear in the box below. Use the copy button and paste the link in a new tab in your preferred browser to preview the page. It is important to note that turning off the page renders it inactive. Customers who already have the link will not be able to access the page until you turn it back on. |

Share your page Use the Copy icon to quickly grab the entire link. Paste it wherever you will be using it, such as the body of an email blast. To add the page to a website, click the Copy Embed Code button and paste the code into the HTML block of the code editor to embed scripts for a slide out form. |
