Send Email Feature A well put together message with the same look and feel as all other emails from the software will impress your customers. If you have questions about the project or need to explain why it was declined, use the Send Email action to send your message through Project 2 Payment. |

Where to find Send Email You can send emails to customers from a number of areas in the software.

Email Storage Please note that outgoing messages are not saved in Project 2 Payment and, if the customer replies, the message is sent to the business email address affiliated with your account. |

Click to call or text (mobile app only) If you are using the mobile app for iOS or Android, you will see text and call buttons next to the customer's phone number anywhere it appears in the app. When you tap either button, it will open your mobile devices phone or messaging app so you can place a call or send a text to your customer. Calls and texts are not made through Project 2 Payment. |
