Major Features:
- A new Schedule module adds a calendar module that helps businesses manage their project schedule for each team member.
- Set up recurring projects that follow set schedules or multiple on-demand occurrences. Adding specific times and assigning employees helps with more precise project reminders and schedule management.
- More billing options and collection methods. You can still manually create invoices when you want or now you can create schedules that automatically send invoices or charge saved payment methods.
- Send emails from your customer database. Send marketing blasts to multiple customers about seasonal deals or follow up with one happy customer to request a business review.
Minor Enhancements:
- The Settings module has been streamlined for more intuitive navigation so you can find what need quickly to customize your Project 2 Payment experience.
- If you have payment processing enabled, we added a Merchant Portal link you can click to quickly log into your merchant account.
- A new Google Maps widget has been added to project addresses making it easier to plan where you need to be and get directions.
- Preview invoice lets you see an invoice through the customer's eyes before you send.
- Add a message to an invoice to convey important information or provide details around what work you did.
