The calendar in Schedule is where you can see everything in one place. How you choose to set your display will depend on whether you are assessing the overall work to be done, scheduling employees, or planning your own day.
Views
Pick the calendar view that works best for you so you can coordinate work efficiently.
- Month is a big picture overview that groups projects by day in chronological order.
- Week (desktop only) is an agenda view that groups projects by hour and shows the current work week so you can plan ahead.
- 3-day (mobile only) allows you to look ahead just like the Week view, but it was specially designed for the smaller screen.
- Day is also an agenda view that groups by hour so you can plan your day effectively.
Use the arrows on either side of Current to jump to past dates or future dates in your view. If you ever get too far away, click Current to jump back to today's date.
Additional settings to help customize your view.
- Show Estimates adds pending quotes to your view. Although they aren't approved yet, this helps you prevent scheduling conflicts when they turn into projects.
- Show Weekends adds Saturday and Sunday to the view, which is helpful if your workdays are not limited to weekdays.
- Filter by Employee helps employers track assigned jobs while employees can use it to plan their day. Employees must be users to be assigned to projects and appear in the filter.
