Adding events The calendar is a great resource for planning to avoid scheduling conflicts, but don't forget about other events in your day that need to get done in and around jobs. Whether it is a business errand, administrative work, or picking your child up from daycare, don't forget to block your calendar. An Event is any part of a worker's scheduled day that is not connected to a project or customer.
