What is the Email Blast feature? Email Blast has the same functionality as the Send Email button on an individual customer record, but you can send the same email to multiple customers in your Customer List. This feature could be used to send seasonal reminders, newsletters, or requests for referrals, etc. Please note that outgoing messages and delivery statuses are not saved in Project 2 Payment and, if the customer replies, the message is sent to the business email address affiliated with your account. If your email only has one recipient, we recommend using the Send Email feature in that customer to streamline the process. |

Preview and send the email blast If the message looks good, click Send Email to send the message. If you need to make changes, click back to return to the previous page and modify your message. If you change your mind, click cancel in the upper right corner. |
