What is the Send Email feature? The Send Email button allows you to create and send any customer an email that has the same look and feel as your estimate, project, invoice, and payment notifications they are receiving about a job. Please note that outgoing messages and delivery statuses are not saved in Project 2 Payment and, if the customer replies, the message is sent to the business email address affiliated with your account. If you intend to send the same email to multiple customers, we recommend using the Email Blast feature to save you time and streamline the process. |

How to create an email

Preview and send the email If the message looks good, click Send Email to send the message. If you need to make changes, click back to return to the previous page and modify your message. If you change your mind, click cancel in the upper right corner. |
