Want to ask a customer who loves the work you do to post a positive review about your business online? If you configured and enabled your Email Review Link in Settings, you can send an email from Project 2 Payment asking them to share their experience with others.
Start a Request
- Go to Customers in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile).
- Locate the correct customer in Customer List and click View Customer.
- Verify a valid email address is listed.
- Click the Request Online Review action at the top of the page.
Subject
- This is the line your customer will see when the message arrives in their inbox. We have suggested text, but you can feel free to customize it.
First message box
- This is the first part of your message that appears above the button. We have suggested text, but you can feel free to customize it. It is a good idea to include a warm greeting with an request to click the button and submit a review.
Second message box
- This is the message that appears below the Write a Review button. We have suggested text, but you can feel free to customize it. It is a good idea to thank them for the review and include a courteous closing with your name or business name.
Click Preview Email to see a draft of what your customers will receive.
If the message looks good, click Send Email to send the message. Click back to return to the previous page and make changes. If you change your mind, click cancel in the upper right corner.
