What is the Online Review Link? The best way to generate more business is to ask customers to share their experience with others. The Online Review Link is a button you can add to payment receipts that directs the customer to your business's review page making it easy to leave a review or read existing ones. Please note that Project 2 Payment does not generate and host review pages. The button is configured using the URL from your existing online review page on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or other review platform. The button only supports one platform so, if you have multiple pages, you will have to choose one. |

Where will customers see the link? Once configured and enabled, a Write a Review button will automatically appear on payment receipts. The customer clicks the button and is redirected to your online review page. We do not include the button on down payment receipts because this type of payment is taken prior to any work being done. Most customers wait until a job is complete to submit a business review. You can also request online reviews on demand. Go to the Info tab on any customer record with an email address and you will find a Request Online Review action at the top of the page. Customize your email, preview, and send. Use this email when customers ask you where they can leave a review or for payment methods like cash or paper check that update an invoice as paid without sending a receipt. |

Configure and enable your link
Once configured and enabled, any payment receipts other than receipts for down payments will include a Write a Review button the customer can click to pull up your review page. |
