As an optional enhancement to standard payment pages, now you can pre-fill and lock down fields like pricing, tax, notes, and invoice ID for your customers by simply appending your existing payment page link.
If you have standard pricing for your services, this is the feature for you! You can specify an amount with a description of services in the notes and post that link as the payment page for that service on your website. Need to collect on several outstanding invoices from an external bookkeeping system? Quickly generate custom links for each to send by email so your customers can quickly enter a payment.
We have created a cool Excel widget to make this process quick and easy. All you have to do is plug in the details for your invoice and the widget will create your custom links for you! Use it to create one single link or generate multiple links all at once.
Using the Excel Widget
First, go to Settings > Payment Page Settings in the Project 2 Payment Business Portal. Locate your unique payment page URL and use the copy button to capture the link.
Next, click this link or click the Excel document attached to this article to open the widget. Follow the instructions below depending on whether you need to create one single link or multiple links.
Only enter the information you would like populated on the form. Blank fields in the widget will be blank on the form.
