When viewing the details of a recurring project, use the Occurrences tab to view and manage upcoming sessions. The list is a snapshot of scheduled dates, status, and payment status.
The default view depends on where you are in the completion and invoicing stages of the project, but you can change the filter to view all, past, or upcoming dates.
Edit future occurrences
Life happens and sometimes things need to be rescheduled. When this happens, locate the correct occurrence in the list and click the edit button on the left. You can only edit future events. Completed and current instances are view only.
Add more occurrences
Even if your project follows a set frequency, you can still add one-off sessions anytime with the Add Occurrence button. If you are in the mobile app or in a web browser on a mobile device, click the two lines in the upper right corner next to Actions for a dropdown menu with this option.
