Customer view preview
Released April 2026
See exactly what your customers see before sending Projects or Estimates. No more guesswork — just clean, professional communication every time.
Show completed projects
Released April 2026
To help you focus better on the tasks and projects that need your attention, we've added a feature that automatically hides completed projects and declined estimates from your main view. This update is meant to simplify your workflow by clearing out items that don’t require active management, so you can focus on the projects and estimates that are currently in progress or waiting.
Along with this automatic filter, we've included checkboxes that let you control the visibility of these hidden items. This way, you can easily switch between a focused view and a full overview of all your projects and estimates whenever you want.
Unsubscribe to email blasts
Released April 2026
Customers now have the choice to unsubscribe from your email blasts.
When someone decides to opt out, their email address in the Email Blast feature will be marked as unsubscribed.
This feature will help you maintain legal compliance for marketing and boost your email reputation to improve deliverability. Too many spam complaints can cause major email providers to flag your messages.
Schedule more than projects
Released January 2026
Now you can add events to the Schedule calendar without creating a project. This makes it easy to block time for anything you need to keep your schedule on track - whether it's for admin work, a run to your supplier, or simply time when you are unavailable because of personal errands.
Reminders for estimates pending approval
Released January 2026
Customers who haven’t responded to an estimate will now receive reminder emails automatically. They can also accept or decline the estimate directly which saves you time on follow-ups. Like all automated reminders, you can configure frequency and the number of resends in Settings.
Declined estimate reasons
Released January 2026
When an estimate is declined, we've added a pop-up for your customer to select why the quote was not approved. The estimate status updates to declined and the reason appears on the details tab for future reference. You will also receive an email notification that includes the reason for the decline.
Visualize customer locations
Released January 2026
The same Google Maps widget you see in projects and estimates has been added to customer records. Use this tool to verify addresses, view the surrounding area, and get directions quickly.
Clearer information for customers
Released January 2026
Customer-facing pages now include customer information and important project details such as name, start date, and start time to help avoid confusion and keep everyone aligned. The project details will also appear in emails.
