Customer Notifications
Released August 2025
When creating a new project or estimate, the new Customer Notification section gives you the option to turn off the confirmation email that is sent to your customer as soon as you hit the Create button.
Schedule settings
Released August 2025
Any changes you make to your Schedule settings are automatically saved now. The next time you come back, everything will be just the way you left it.
Tipping
Released May 2025
If your customers like to leave tips, you enable a new section on invoices and/or payment pages where customers can instantly add a suggested amount of 10%, 15%. and 20% or they click custom to enter something different.
Upload your logo
Released May 2025
Add or upload your logo anytime in Brand Settings instead of sending it to us to upload on the backend.
Upload files
Released May 2025
Take a picture or upload a file from your device and save it to a customer's profile. This is extremely useful in planning if the customer sends ideas, tracking progress if you upload photos from the job site, or saving custom agreements for authorization and billing.
Enhanced recurring billing options
Released May 2025
We've added more options to monthly, quarterly, and annual projects. Previously, the next occurrence would always fall on the same calendar day in a month. For example, a monthly occurrence created on the 21st would always occur on the 21st. Now you can keep that option or choose the 3rd Monday of every month.
iOS app release

The mobile app for iOS devices is here! This follows the release of our mobile app for Android devices in late fall 2024. Users now have more options for managing their operations seamlessly from a smartphone or tablet while on the go.
