Add your company branding

Branded business communications is a great way to impress your customers. It establishes an identity and differentiates your company from your competitors.

Summary of Essential Steps

Add your logo

Accepted formats are png, jpeg, or svg (1000kb max size). The optimal shape is a wide rectangle, however, any shape will work.  

  1. If you are on desktop, go to the left sidebar. If you are in the mobile app or in a web browser on a mobile device, go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Brand Settings.
  4. Click Replace Logo. 
  5. Select the file that is saved on your computer or mobile device.
  6. A preview of the image will appear above the Replace Logo button.
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.

Choose 2 brand colors

  1. Consider your brand color palette and company logo.
  2. Select 2 colors from your collection of brand colors.
  3. Identify which color should be primary.
  4. Locate specific RGB numbers for each or pull up specific examples for color matching.

Apply your custom colors

  1. If you are on desktop, go to the left sidebar. If you are in the mobile app or in a web browser on a mobile device, go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Brand Settings.
  4. Click Replace Color under Primary for the pop-up window to set the new color. 
  5. Use the palette to find your color, enter specific RGB numbers, or use the eye dropper.
  6. Click Replace Color under Secondary for the pop-up window to set the new color. 
  7. Use the palette to find your color, enter specific RGB numbers, or use the eye dropper.
  8. Click Save to apply your changes.
