Reduce scheduling issues and missed service calls by sending your customers reminders. The alerts help to confirm appointment details so there is no confusion as to when the work will be done.
Summary of Essential Steps
|
Decide when to send reminders
With Project 2 Payment, you can send one project reminder email before the start date and one reminder email the morning of the project.
Upcoming project reminders can be sent up to 3 months before the project start date. Think about what will be most effective for your customers so they have time to reschedule if necessary, but it isn't so early they have time to forget.
Same day reminders are sent at 8:00am based on the time zone in your Business Settings.

Write a custom reminder message
We provide default messages for the reminders or you can replace them with custom wording. These messages are a great way to call out important reminders such as contact information, cancellation policy, instructions for rescheduling, and important reminders (example - no pets, park in the street, someone must be home, if payment in person is required, etc.).
