The information used to create your account will be visible to customers and will affect the overall customer experience. Before you do anything else, it only takes a moment to review your business settings for accuracy.
Open Business Settings
- If you are on desktop, go to the left sidebar. If you are in the mobile app or in a web browser on a mobile device, go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Business Settings.

Set your time zone
Time zone is critical to the timing of projects and reminders.
- Locate the time zone field.
- Use the dropdown to select the correct time zone for your business.
- Click Save to apply any changes.

Get copies of payment receipts
This email will receive copies of all payment receipts sent to your customers.
- Locate the BCC Payment Receipt Email field.
- Enter one email address. This field does not support multiple addresses.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

Review the business address
- Go to the Business Address section.
- Review the street address, zip code, city, and state for accuracy.
- Make any necessary changes.
- Click Save to apply any changes.

Tip: The company name and company email address are not able to be updated within the portal. However, the support team is happy to make the change for you.

Click here to submit a request for changes to your account.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Provide a brief reason for your request (example - Account update request).
- Give us a detailed description of the changes you would like to make.
- Enter the company name on your account.
- Click the Submit button to send your request.
You will receive an email confirming your request with an assigned ticket number. You will receive another email confirming as soon as your request is complete.
