Add merchant portal users

Before you begin, we recommend looking through the Merchant Portal to see what information is available. This is information about your business that will be available to all users. Take time to consider if you want to share this data and if other really need access to accomplish what they need for their role in the company.

Request to add a user

There is no limit to the number of users you can add. For security reasons, it is best practice to give each person their own username instead of leveraging shared logins.

Send an email to support@project2payment.com to request to have a user added to your account. Be sure to include the following information.

  • Your name and company name
  • New user's full name
  • New user's email address
  • New user's cell phone number
  • New user's role - full access or view only

You will receive a response to confirm the new user has been added. The new user will receive a Welcome email to confirm their email address before using the system. Once they click the link to confirm their address, they can use the forgot password link on the login page to set up a password.
