User roles There is no limit to the number of users you can add. For security reasons, it is best to give each person their own username instead of leveraging shared logins. When you create a user, you must assign a role. Think about their responsibilities and what they need to do in the portal. Do they need to access this information to do their job? Is view only access sufficient or do you need them to be able to make changes? Granting access is helpful, but could also render your business vulnerable. The information in the merchant portal contains sensitive information, so you may find it best to limit full access to owners and upper management. Below is a list of user role options:

How to add a new user The signer is the only person that automatically receives a full access Merchant Portal Login. A full access user must log into the merchant account and create a new user.
Once the user has been created, you will need to send them their new login credentials. The portal does not send a welcome email to new users. |
