The Dashboard provides you with a convenient overview of your merchant account activity so you can quickly take action where action is needed.
Quick Charge can be used to take a quick credit card or eCheck payment.
Important Note: We recommend initiating all payments from within Project 2 Payment. All activity in Project 2 Payment will appear in the merchant portal reporting, however, payments created in the merchant portal will not appear in your Project 2 Payment business portal.
- Complete all fields for your customer (amount, billing address, email, and phone number.
- Select the payment method (sale, authorization, or eCheck).
- Click process payment
- A pop-up window will appear. Enter account information for the payment method and click Pay.
A visual representation of your total sales volume by hour for today (midnight to midnight).
Account balance is the total amount available that has not been scheduled for withdrawal yet. This includes pending payments. Click Balance Details at the bottom of the widget to view specific entries.
Use the dropdown to select which metric you would like to see:
- Sales & Refunds (default)
Use the calendar dropdown to set the timeframe for your report:
- Last 12 months
- Last 30 days
- Last 7 days (default)
Processing details for today, month-to-date, and year-to-date summarized on one convenient summary table. This is a quick way to keep tabs on your company's performance.
View any transactions held by Risk Management team for further review because they were flagged as suspicious. While this investigation may delay processing the payment and distributing funds, the process is designed to protect you and your business from potential fraud.
