Updating the credit card on file for your monthly subscription payment is easy to do yourself and only takes a minute!
- If you are on desktop, go to the left sidebar. If you are in the mobile app or in a web browser on a mobile device, go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Subscription Settings.
- Go to the Payment Method section.
- You will see the card used for monthly payments (cardholder name, last 4 digits, and expiration date).
- Click the Replace Method button in the center of the page.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Enter the information for the new credit card. All fields are required.
- Click Update.
Your subscription will be updated right away. Review the Payment Method details again to make sure they updated correctly. If you have a past due balance, the next retry will use the new credit card.
