Each time a subscription payment fails, you will receive an email notification from support@project2payment.com.
- We will automatically retry in 3 days.
- If the retry fails, automatically retry in 5 days.
- If the retry fails, automatically retry in 7 days.
- After 3 failed retry attempts, the subscription is canceled.
You can confirm the status of your account and manage your payment method in your subscription settings. If your subscription is canceled before we are able to collect payment, you can re-activate your account anytime with a payment.
