Retry schedule
Each time a subscription payment fails, you will receive an email notification from support@project2payment.com.
- We will automatically retry in 3 days.
- If the retry fails, automatically retry in 5 days.
- If the retry fails, automatically retry in 7 days.
- After 3 failed retry attempts, the subscription is canceled.
To update the saved credit card, use the Replace Method button in your subscription settings. If your subscription is canceled before you can update your payment method, you can re-activate your account anytime with a payment.
