Summary of Essential Steps

Log into your account
- Go to the login page.
- Use the same username and password. Use the I forgot my password link if you are having trouble getting in.
- You will see a blue banner at the top of the page confirming your subscription is expired/canceled.

Make a payment
- Enter a new payment method and billing address.
- Check the box confirming you have read and agree to the terms.
- Click Re-Activate Project 2 Payment. Your card will be charged the $20 fee right away.
You reactivated your old account instead of going through the signup to create a new account, so you will not lose any custom settings or history.

Reactivate your merchant account (if applicable)
If you had a merchant account and it has been more than 2 weeks since your subscription ended, payment processing is disabled. If nothing has changed with your business, you can submit a request to reactivate your previous merchant account instead of submitting the merchant account application again.
