To close your account, go to the Subscription tab in Settings and click Cancel Subscription. You can continue to use your account until the end of your billing period.
If you have a merchant account, it will close 14 days after your subscription end date. If you change your mind before the merchant account is closed, please email support@project2payment.com to let us know. We will make sure the merchant account stays open.
If you change your mind, it is very easy to re-activate your subscription. If your merchant account is already closed, you will need to submit an application to set up a new merchant account.
