Review the details of your subscription and make changes when necessary.
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile).
- Go to the Subscription Settings menu.
- The Account Status section is Active if you have no outstanding payments or Past due if your most recent subscription payment failed. If you are in a free period, you will see the date your trial ends.
- See the Processing Rates for credit card and eCheck payments if you have a merchant account enabled.
- Payment Method displays the credit card being used for your monthly subscription payments. Use the Replace Method button anytime to add a different card.
- See the date of your Next Payment.
- If you have an existing subscription, Billing History shows your payment history. If you have a new subscription with a free period, you will see the date of your first payment.
- Click to Cancel your subscription.
