Cancel subscription To schedule cancellation of your subscription at the end of your billing cycle, follow the steps below.
You should receive an email within 1 business day confirming your cancel request. If you do not receive an email, reach out to Support to confirm the request was successfully submitted. |

Closing the merchant account If you have payments enabled and you cancel the subscription, the merchant account will close 14 days after your subscription end date. If you change your mind before the merchant account is closed, please contact Support right away to let us know. We will make sure the merchant account stays open. |

Reactivate your account If you change your mind, we make it easy to come back! See Re-activate your account for step-by-step instructions. You should receive a welcome back email within 1 business day. If you had payments enabled before the subscription was canceled, reply to the email to confirm if the merchant account is still active. If not, Support will walk you through what is needed to reopen the account. Please keep in mind that any significant changes to your business since the closure may require additional paperwork to re-enable payments. |
