Monthly Statements

Accessing your statements online

  1. If you are on desktop, go to the left sidebar. If you are in the mobile app or in a web browser on a mobile device, go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Click on Merchant Portal.
  3. A new window will open with the login page for your merchant account. Enter your merchant portal username and password. This is different than the primary login you use to access Project 2 Payment. (See The Merchant Portal requires its own username and password for more information)
  4. Click Log In.
  5. Go to Reports in the left sidebar.
  6. Look at the headings in the top row and click on Monthly Statements.
  7. Select the month and year for the processing data that you would like to see.
  8. Click Generate.

A digital copy of your statement will appear on screen. 

Reading your statement

The top of your statement provides a Monthly Summary of your account activity. You will find total counts and dollar amounts for sales, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, and fees. 

The Deposit Summary provides the breakdown of sales, refunds, disputes, and fees for each deposit within the month.

Processing Summary and Processing Fees tables show your processing details by card type and eCheck.

For an explanation of the information contained in your statement, we highly recommend reviewing the Understanding your statements section at the bottom of each statement. There are descriptions for each line item on the statements. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. 

Print or download for your records

Download and print options are located the upper right corner of the statement.

  • Download saves a .csv file in your downloads folder. The spreadsheet captures all of the data in your statement with limited formatting, but it does not include the Understanding your statement section that explains each fee.
  • The printed version is the exact same format as what you see on screen including the Understanding your statement page that explains each fee.
