Although it is a different website, you can quickly jump to the Merchant Portal from within Project 2 Payment.
- Click Merchant Portal in the left sidebar (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile) or click here.
- A new window will open with the login page for your merchant account.
- Enter the username and password for your Merchant Portal Login. This is different than the primary login you use to access Project 2 Payment. (See Why two logins? for more information)
- Click the Log In button.
The left sidebar is organized by category so you can navigate pages quickly to locate the information you need.
- Payment History - list of all transactions through your merchant account.
- Disputes - details about cases customers have filed with their issuing bank to dispute a payment.
- Payment Returns - eCheck payments that were returned by the customer's bank instead of settling and depositing to your account.
- Users - user management tools.
- Payouts - deposit and account balance information.
- Reports - reporting tool.
- Email Alerts - configure email alerts to be notified of important activity on your account when it happens instead of having to log in and look for updates.
- Settings - another way to access your profile information to view or edit account details.
The site header gives you quick access to user tools and important alerts.
- Search - enter a keyword or phrase to in the search field if you are unsure of what section to use in the left sidebar.
- Messages - important messages from the processing bank. A red badge will let you know if you have any new unread messages.
- Notifications - time-sensitive alerts about disputes and ACH returns on your account. A red badge will let you know if you have any new unread notifications.
- Profile - view or edit your account information.
- Log Off - click to securely log out of your account.
