How to access reports in the Merchant Portal There will be times when you need to see more data points on certain payments for tasks like fighting disputes and reconciling fees. This extra information is available in your merchant account.

Transactions report The Transactions report shows a summary of your transaction count and volume broken down by sales, refund, and net for the date range you select. Advanced filters allow you to customize whether the date field should be based on the date the transaction was created or the date the transaction was captured. You can also apply filters for specific payment types. To save this information externally, options are available to download the same information in .csv or .xls format. |

Transaction Details report Unlike the Transactions report that provides a high level summary of numbers, the Transaction Details report provides additional data for each transaction. First decide how you would like to generate your report. See below.
Once you have made your selection and set the parameters, click the Generate Report button. You can wait for the report to download or navigate away from the page. The report will appear under Report History when ready. |

Scheduled Reports If there is a report you review regularly, but you don't want to have to log into the Merchant Portal every time, you can have the report emailed to you on a set scheduled.
