All transaction fees are deducted from the payout instead of waiting to debit your bank account one lump sum every month. You can view these details anytime in the Payouts section of the merchant portal.
Date Created
This is the date the payout was generated. This may or may not be the same as the release date. If this is your first deposit, there is a 7 day delay on sending the funds. Click Payout Details (see below) to find out when the funds will be released.
Status
- Requested = the date the deposit was created but funds have not gone out yet. If this is your first payout, it will process 7 days later.
- Processing = funds are in the process of being sent.
- Processed = funds were successfully sent to your bank account.
- Returned = the deposit attempt was returned by your bank.
Payout Details
- If this is your first payout, you will see an Alert in the middle of the page with the code Internal Alert. This is the code used to apply the standard delay to first deposits. The message provides the date when the payout will process to send the funds. See Deposit Timing for more details.
- As soon as the status is Processed, the breakdown including transaction totals and all fees will appear on this page.
- If the payment was returned by your bank, you will see a return code and reason to help you resolve the issue with your bank.
Note: The $0.50 per payout fee is assessed after a payout is successfully completed. Therefore, it will appear in the details of your next deposit. This means you will not see a $0.50 payout fee under Miscellaneous Fees in the details of your first deposit. This is also why you usually see -$0.50 in your Account Balance right after a payout.
See Fee Reporting to learn more about additional reports.
